(Alliance News) - Croma Security Solutions Group PLC on Monday said it performed well in the first half of its financial year with healthy organic growth in its core business.
Chief Executive Roberto Fiorentino commented: "With a good pipeline of acquisition opportunities in place, and the financial resources to fund them, we feel well-positioned to deliver further growth."
Revenue was 7.7% higher at GBP4.6 million compared to GBP4.27 million a year prior.
"Trading is firmly on track to meet market expectations for [financial 2025] as a whole," the company added.
Shares in the Whiteley, England-based security services provider were 2.8% lower at 84.60 pence each in London on Monday morning, but they are 26% higher in the last 12 months.
Croma Security Solutions said it has seen organic growth in both divisions across its core markets in the education, utilities, health and leisure sectors, with several new orders from existing clients, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Trading for the second half has begun positively, the firm said, noting, the pipeline of locksmith acquisition opportunities continues to develop with some opportunities well advanced.
