Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - invests in data centres, telecommunications towers and fibre networks in the UK, Europe and North America - Chair & Co-Founder Steven Marshall buys 179,305 shares at average 88.1p, worth GBP157,968, on November 27. Marshall now has 10.7 million shares. Directors of the company and its investment manager, Cordiant Capital Inc, have a 1.8% stake.
