(Alliance News) - Doric Nimrod Air Two Ltd said Tuesday it has completed of the sale of three A380-861 aircraft, and it plans to distribute the sale proceeds to shareholders should it seal the disposal of two more.

The Guernsey-based company, which acquires, leases, and sells aircraft, confirmed the sale of three of its five Airbus SE planes, with manufacturer serial numbers 105, 106, and 107, following its initial announcement of the move in August.

Doric Nimrod Air Two said it anticipates distributing the sale proceeds and any remaining cash holdings to shareholders by the end of January 2025 through a redemption of its ordinary preference shares, expected at approximately 145 pence per share.

This distribution remains subject to the successful sale of the remaining two aircraft, manufacturer serial numbers 109 and 110.

The London-listed stock moved up 0.3% to 138.88 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
