Schroders PLC - London-based asset manager - Chief Operating Officer Meagen Burnett will move to chief financial officer role to replace Richard Oldfield who earlier this month was named as the new chief executive officer of Schroders, succeeding Peter Harrison in November. Burnett joined Schroders at the start of last year, previously holding finance roles at M&G PLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co and Goldman Sach Group Inc. She will join the board as an executive director. Schroders also promotes Johanna Kyrklund to the board as chief investment officer and executive director. Kyrklund has been with Schroders since 2007.
