Apax Global Alpha Ltd - Guernsey-based private equity trust investing on the technology, services, healthcare and internet-consumer sectors - Says its net asset value per share at December 31 dips 0.4% to EUR2.64 from EUR2.65 the year before. NAV total return for 2023 is 4.1%, compared to negative 7.4% the year before. Proposes final dividend of 5.64 pence per share for 2023, down 3.1% from 5.82p a year ago. Chair Tim Breedon says: "With investment activity in Private Equity ramping up in the second half of the year, there is strong momentum across the portfolio, with Apax's focus on driving performance through operating value creation being well suited in current markets."
