Drumz PLC - Beaconsfield, England-based investor in software sector - Says its subsidiary Acuity Risk Management Ltd, a cyber and IT risk management firm, enters a partnership with cyber security service provider Nettitude. Nettitude offers solutions to tackle cyber security challenge, providing technical assurance, advisory, security testing, incident response, and managed security offerings. Says Acuity's STREAM Integrated Risk Management platform delivers view of risk and compliance across the enterprise by "integrating cyber risk with IT and operational risks".

Drumz had its initial public offering on April 25 at a price of 1.0 pence, with a market capitalisation of GBP5.4 million.
