Cloudbreak places 20 million shares at 7.50p each, representing a 20% discount to Monday's closing price of 10.22p.

Photo-Me International PLC, down 1.6% at 71.86p, 12-month range 48.87p-79.70p. Takeover offer for photo booth operator from Chief Executive Officer Serge Crasnianski's Tibergest Ltd receives acceptances from just 0.01% of shares. Crasnianski now owns or has acceptances for 36.5% of Photo-Me shares with the offer set to close on March 8.
