(Alliance News) - London-based sushi restaurant chain YO! will change its name to The Snowfox Group, as it mulls a potential stock market listing in London, Sky News reported late Monday.
Sky reported that the group has appointed bankers at Numis to advise on its strategic options, while the name change reflects the growth of its US operations, which trade under that brand.
However, the group will retain the YO! name for its restaurants and food-to-go operations.
Snowfox is majority-owned by UK private equity firm Mayfair Equity Partners.
