(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC - London-based business information and events - Hires India Gary-Martin as independent non-executive director, starting March 24. Gary-Martin held technology and operations roles at financial services firm including JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Lookers PLC - Greater Manchester-based chain of car dealerships - Hires Paul Van der Burgh as non-executive director, starting April 1. Van der Burgh spent 15 years at Toyota and Lexus, including as managing director of Toyota in the UK. Prior to Toyota, he worked for Ford Motor Co in the UK and the Americas. Last week, the UK Financial Conduct Authority closed, without applying sanctions, its investigation into Lookers for possible mis-selling of products between 2016 and 2019.

Pensana PLC - mineral explorer - Hires Rocky Smith as chief operating officer. Pensana says Smith is a chemical engineer with 35 years of rare earths experience, including as managing director for the Mountain Pass rare earth project in California.

Mode Global Holdings PLC - bitcoin banking app company based in London - Hires Jonathan Conway as chief technology officer. Conway was an API and payments architect at MasterCard Inc and before that CTO at 'open banking' payments startup, Banked. Last month, Mode said it plans to launch a payments and loyalty solution powered by open banking in the second quarter. Open banking refers to financial technology that allows third-party developers to build applications and services around a financial institution.

Alternative Income REIT PLC - invests in UK commercial property assets let on long leases - Adds Adam Smith to board as non-executive director representing 14.9% shareholder Glenstone Property PLC, effective immediately. Smith is a director of Glenstone and a member of its investment committee.

Grit Real Estate Income Group Ltd - pan-African property investment and management - Hires Cross Kgosidiile as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Kgosidiile is managing director of the Botswana Development Corp, the government's agency for commercial and industrial development.
