Director Changes: June 27- July 1
Aurora (ARR): Following a reshuffle at Aurora Russia (AURR), as reported in last week’s Director Moves, now it is Aurora Investment Trust that will see changes at the board of directors. Alex Hammond-Chambers is to step down as chairman of the company on July 18 after nine years with Aurora. He will be joined by Richard Robinson, who will retire from the board on the same date. Hammond-Chambers will be replaced by Howard Flight and Robinson by James Nelson. Both Flight and Nelson have held similar roles before and should serve shareholders well.
BlackRock New Energy (BRNE): After 11 years, John Murray has resigned as a non-executive director of the company. He was a very experienced member with the longest tenure on the board, and his departure has left the company with four non-executive directors with an average tenure of only 1.5 years.
Hirco (HRCO): Douglas Gardner has resigned from the board.
