Director Changes: June 6-10
Nicholas Moy has resigned from the board of Dolphin Capital Investors (DCI) after 5.5 years’ service. He has been replaced by Professor Christopher Pissarides, who takes up his first non-executive role. Professor Pissarides is a joint recipient of the 2010 Nobel prize in economics for this work on labour markets. This is the first departure from the board since this Emerging European property fund launched in December 2005.
Tom Price has resigned as a non-executive director of Quorum Oil & Gas Technology (OGT) after two and a half years on the board. He is the penultimate board member to have stepped down since the launch of the company in June 2008; the only remaining member currently serving from the company’s inception is chairman Christopher Hill.
Claire Ainsworth has resigned as a director of TP5 B VCT (TP5B) and TP5 VCT (TP5). Christopher Harris has been appointed a director of both companies. Ms Ainsworth remains one of the investment managers to both funds.
Peter Hargreaves has resigned as a director of TP70 2008 II VCT (TPV2) after just two years on the board. Baroness Jo Valentine has taken his place.
