Arnout van Rijn has this fund on the right track, but a couple of issues concern us.

We have published a new Morningstar Qualitative Rating and Research Report for Robeco Asia Pacific Equities.

"Lead manager Arnout van Rijn entered the stage here with Michel Van Voorst in late 2007. Previously, the fund was run for Robeco by Russell Investments, but Robeco didn’t find outsourcing this mandate credible to their status as large asset manager. Nonetheless, we don’t think this is a good reason to change managers here. Since then, the team of two has been bolstered with three new members, and Van Rijn is content with the team as it is now. However, that's still a small . . ."
