Biography |
Andrew is a fund manager within the Retail Funds Team, where he is lead fund manager for the Aviva Investors UK Property Fund. Prior to assuming his current role in December 2016, Andrew has managed real estate funds investing across the UK and Continental Europe at Aviva Investors for over 9 years. Before joining Aviva Investors, Andrew spent five years at Curzon Global Partners as an associate director working across acquisitions, asset management and investment strategy. Andrew started his career at Donaldsons as a graduate surveyor in the valuation department. Andrew has earned a post-graduate diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University, an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, where he was awarded the RICS Prize for the highest mark in university examinations, and holds an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. |

Biography |
Tom Goodwin has joined Aviva Investors since 2016. Tom is Assistant Fund Manager on the AIPL Property Fund. He is responsible for delivering value enhancement through asset management, shaping and implementing the investment strategy, and investor relations across the Fund’s institutional investor base. Tom was previously interim Fund Manager on a segregated £580m UK balanced real estate mandate. Prior to this he was responsible for UK real estate strategy and research for Aviva Investors, with a key role in shaping individual funds’ investment strategies and providing challenge and leadership on investment decision-making and direct and indirect portfolio construction across our UK real estate funds. Tom joined Aviva Investors from PMA where he specialised in analysing real estate within the context of the global capital markets. He has a degree in Modern Languages & Business from the University of Nottingham, and an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance from the University of Reading. Tom holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF). |

Biography |
Hutchinson joined Scudder, Stevens & Clark in 1986 and is now a principal. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at CIGNA for 12 years.
Hutchinson has completed level I toward his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, and a trustee of the Montessori School and the Malatauk Scholarship Fund. He enjoys sailing, tennis, and golf. |
