Director Changes
Richard Franklin has been appointed a non-executive director of Impax Asian Environmental Markets (IAEM). We believe this is his first such appointment to the board of a closed-end fund.
Paul Teleki has retired as a director of JPMorgan Russian Securities (JRS) and is no longer a director of a listed company. He took up a directorship at this company in 2002.
Egerton John Wood will be joining the board of Keystone (KIT) as a non-executive director on March 8, 2011.
Private equity company Strathdon Investments (STV) has appointed Panos Loizou as a director. At present, this is his only public company directorship but he is also a director of three non-listed companies.
John Peter Williams has sold his entire holding (50,000 shares) in Electra Private Equity (ELTA). He is due to step down from the fund’s board at the end of February 2011. As previously reported, Geoffrey Cullinan joined the board at the start of this year but we have yet to see him take a stake in the company.
