Coinsilium Group Ltd - blockchain technology investor - Completes investment in Greengage Global in a deal that values the digital merchant bank at GBP27.3 million. Through its Seedcoin subsidiary, Coinsilium invested GBP200,000 via convertible notes and bought GBP300,000 of Greengage shares, with the deal valuing the firm at GBP27.3 million. The deal will see the two companies look to develop decentralised finance products, Coinsilium stated.

Greengage is planning to become what the company says will be the first merchant bank specifically for the digital finance sector.

"We are delighted to announce this strategic investment in Greengage, which strengthens Coinsilium's position in the digital markets' space and supports Greengage in its mission to expand banking and lending opportunities to cryptocurrency and crypto-asset companies, and more broadly SMEs," Coinsilium Executive Chair Malcolm Palle comments.
